Joel has worked with our son for 10 years. Our son has an acquired brain injury from a car accident 16 years ago. We have had a lot of good staff but Joel is exceptional and has been an amazing support for our son. He really does care and his gentle quiet but caring nature shows through.
I also was a disability carer before my son’s accident and as a support worker and a mother I know how important good care is.
As he has been in the disability sector for sometime now i believe this will really benefit his clients.
